Traditional Ecuadorian fritada, Florita’s kitchen
Ecuadorian flavor in New Jersey

Our Story: from the heart of Ecuador to New Jersey

Florita started with a dream and a clay pot. Three generations keeping Ecuador’s culinary heritage alive.

Our story

Our story Floritas Delicias Latinas was born from a simple idea: to share the flavor, joy and warmth of our Latin food with every person who comes to our table.

More than preparing food, we want to create moments that feel like home. Those flavors that connect us with our family, our roots and our traditions.

With hard work, dedication and love for what we do, Floritas has grown alongside our community. Today we have our restaurant in East Orange, New Jersey, and our LATÍN FOOD DELIGHT LLC in Newark, bringing our dishes to more families and customers looking for Latin food made with flavor and personal care.

Every dish we serve represents our commitment to offering fresh, generous food, prepared with that special touch that sets Latin cooking apart.

At Floritas Delicias Latinas we believe there is always a story around a good meal: a family gathering, a celebration, lunch with friends, or simply the wish to enjoy something delicious.

That is why we want you to feel that when you visit Floritas, you are not just buying food — you are arriving somewhere you are welcome.
